This unique restaurant originated in Ludlow, Shropshire and moved to London after winning endless accolades and awards.

Chef Bosi trained in France with some of the greatest chefs in the world including Passard, Lacombe & Alain Ducasse.

Bosi’s dedication and passion has kept him at the top of his game for years with 2 Michelin stars.

The restaurant has received mixed reviews from critics, but has been listed in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants since 2010, and was named by Egon Ronay as the best restaurant in the UK in 2005.

The Good Food Guide ranked Hibiscus as the eighth-best restaurant in the UK in the 2013 edition.

It has also been awarded five AA Rosettes.

Located in a humble building on Maddox Street in the heart of London, this eatery certainly stands out.

What is so refreshing about Hibiscus is the subtlety of the dining room.

It’s quiet, classy & not trying to overshadow the incredible food.

This restaurant does not have the pretension and nonsense of many of the ‘cool’ London eateries – it does what it does beautifully.

The service is understated, the almost impossible balance of attentive without being annoying was masterfully achieved.

When it comes to the food it is beautifully presented, seasonal, unique and most importantly EXCITING.

You sign up to the 6, 8 or 10 course dinner and allow Chef Bosi to take care of the menu for you.

That is so liberating as naturally he will present you with foods that you would ordinarily not pick for yourself.

I cannot recommend this wonderful dining experience highly enough.

The two Michelin stars are very much deserved.

The soup was simply divine, the Foie Gras was fabulous & thankfully not ruined with too many unnecessary flavours.

The venison was mouth wateringly delicious…

Dessert was darling!

So delicate, packed with flavour and beautiful to look at.

Hibiscus truly was one of the most relaxed & enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Congratulations to Hibiscus and Chef Bosi!
