Review Zizzi Italian Restaurant Review

Review Zizzi Italian Restaurant Review…

Zizzi is about as close to ‘a proper restaurant’ as you’ll get from any chain in the UK.

It has an elegant feel with fresh food offering swift and relaxed service.

There’s daily specials, Italian classics & fun popular dishes for all of the family.

This huge chain has over 140 restaurants across the UK with an eatery in every town.

Zizzi is not cheap, although comparable with similar high end chains. It’s certainly better quality food than your average chain pub. 4*.

The ‘Antipasto Zizzi’ is always a favourite.

This comes beautifully presented on a rustic wooden board and has buffalo mozzarella, grand padano cheese, black and green olives, sunblushed tomatoes, cured speck, salami Romana, coppa and prosciutto along with a couple of dough sticks.

I could literally eat this as my main meal. Delicious at £15.95…

With so many dishes to choose from – pasta, pizza, salads, risotto you are spoilt for choice.

Do checkout the daily specials, although do tend to run out in my experience.

I’m told the pizza’s are quite special. The table next to me had a hoot.

I went with the lemon chicken off the specials board and the seabass verde. Both incredibly tasty and fresh…

Don’t miss dessert at Zizzi.

The baked lemon cheesecake was delightful.

My favourite was Zizzi chocolate dessert – utterly divine.

Zizzi is not a cheap night out but does offer excellent service, an elegant but relaxed atmosphere and quality fresh food with a huge selection.

I’ll definitely go back! 4* value for money.
