Chef created us a special menu of his favourite dishes. It was divine. The best flavours I’ve tasted this year in Las Vegas.
We started with a Parmesan Risotto & Foie Gras Stuffed Scallop which was one of the most original, tasty and fabulous dishes I’ve ever tasted. Two of my favourite things in one. Pure genius!
Next Chef offered Polenta and Frico Piave Ubriaco Braised Red Onions Lambrusco Vinegar Venetian Salami.

The atmosphere within the restaurant is warm, relaxed but fine dining.
How can you go wrong with Buckwheat Maltaglian Rabbit Meat sauce with Black Olive Baked Cherry? Delicious.
The braised short ribs were the juiciest, tastiest and most divine I’ve ever eaten. Beautifully served with diced vegetables.
The trio of desserts including Apple Pie, Chocolate Mousse and Mascarpone Cheese Creme Brulle were the perfect way to remember this hugely impressive and delightful dinner.
