Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Malmaison Newcastle Review….
Malmaison Newcastle overlooks the gorgeous Gateshead Millennium Bridge in the heart of restaurants and bars on the Tyne.
The thing about Malmaison is that they ‘own’ cool. They just do instinctively and so well.
From the rooms, to the restaurant & breakfast – they have an American chic & elegance that is delivered masterfully.
With free Wifi secure parking for just £10 per night – Malmaison offers exceptional value for money with rooms from only £95.
With the signature cool, sexy and fun image – this hotel has character, class and sophistication.

Just 15 minutes walk from the city centre, this is one of the most attractive hotels in Newcastle.
There’s full Aircon throughout the hotel. As you would expect you get complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits with each room.
If you prefer not to use the mini-bar there’s a Starbucks open daily downstairs until 7pm.
At Malmaison, their bar offers hand-picked craft beers, buckets of fizz and a famous list of Malchemy cocktails.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and offer everything the 2015 traveller will require.
Malmaison offer each guest a mini-bar, very rare these days, with snacks in-room offering a buffet of everything you’ll need for a quiet (or not so quiet) night in.
Malmaison offer an extensive room service menu with salads, burgers, fish and steaks.
With breath-taking views, comfy huge beds and stunning Malmaison service – you’re guaranteed a great stay at this 4.5+* hotel.
Malmaison Newcastle is home to the Chez Mal Brasserie, specialising in British and French dishes with a modern twist open from 6pm.
Breakfast, in the same restaurant, is a wonderfully decadent affair offering an array of continental options to USA style waffles and eggs Benedict.
The room is beautifully designed & spacious. The food is fresh, colourful, creative and has fun options which are very original and different to most hotels.
I LOVED the home made granola. The salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious!
Everything was perfectly cooked and hugely appetising. Bravo! A 5* breakfast.
Here’s an exclusive dinner review at the Newcastle Malmaison Chez Mal restaurant:
This is one of the most relaxed, unique and luxury hotels in Newcastle with 122 elegant, modern and beautifully renovated rooms and suites over 9 floors.
Malmaison Aberdeen, Birmingham, Manchester & Newcastle have a spa offering facials and full body massage.
You can use the spa facilities and a 55 minute facial for only £45 Mon-Thursday.
There’s also a small but adequate gym with free weights, cross-trainer and treadmill on the 4th floor. Take your Ipod – there’s no TV but there is water and towels.
The bathrooms are spacious and come with bathroom and shower.
There’s very nice toiletries in the bathroom including soap, shampoo & body wash.
There is no question this is a quality hotel offering something for everyone.
I can’t wait to return to the Malmaison Newcastle.
