This elegant spacious restaurant offers fine dining by Chef John Johnson.
The food is in keeping with the standards of the Four Seasons Hotel – very elegant, perfectly presented with a sense of decadence.
The service is predictably second to none.
The lunch menu is refined and offers fresh fish, meat and salads as you would expect. The standard of presentation & quality is unsurprisingly exceptional.
I personally loved the Tartare Yellowfin Tuna which the highlight of my meal. Beautifully fresh, superbly presented and a pleasure to eat. So cleverly put together with delightful flavours.
The Organic Chicken Cobb Salad with Grilled Applewood Bacon, Light Buttermilk Dressing & Fresh Herbs was the epitome of the perfect lunch salad:
I highly recommend the Wagyu Hanger Steak with Warm Spinach Salad &Crispy Onions. The smell was divine and the most flavoursome steak I’ve tasted in some time.
